For fundraising and campaigning purposes, members of the Association are organised into localised bodies known as 'branches' (some wards are split into two or more branches). Members therefore become part of a local team, campaigning in their immediate area.

Branch committees meet approximately six times a year to organise events, hold political discussions and arrange campaign activity.
